How we started.
Lighthouse Insurance was founded in 2018 by a former teacher and Veteran with the goal of guiding people through the process of buying insurance for their personal and business needs. Melissa Gregory has been in the insurance industry since 2010. After going through a substantial and confusing water claim on her personal home she realized she didn’t understand her insurance policies. This created a career shift from teaching to insurance.

Our mission.
It’s been her mission to educate people about their insurance policies. She convinced her husband Jon to join in on the journey with her in 2018 and Lighthouse Insurance was born. Since then, Lighthouse Insurance has developed into a cornerstone of the insurance marketplace in Oklahoma.

We have over 30 years of combined experience and knowledge to help guide you with your insurance needs. You may see us working with the Broken Arrow Chamber of Commerce or the Home Builders Association to help better our local community. Melissa also actively serves on the board of Connected Women of Green Country, an organization devoted to helping other women grow their businesses.
